Merry Christmas To All

Hello Stampers!  Yes, I did it! I posted a Christmas card.  It is getting to be that time when you need to start designing your cards and placing your orders.  The Holiday Catalog has a variety of stamp sets to choose from.  This one gives you lots of options for sentiments.

It is an A2 card in Gray Granite with a layer of Merry Merlot and White cardstock.  The white card stock is sponged in Merry Merlot to give an added element.

The sentiment is from the Merry Christmas To All stamp set (147702).  The small piece of Designer Paper is Joyous Noel (147816).  I stamped the sentiment in Merry Merlot.

The ribbon is this gorgeous ribbon, Merry Merlot and Copper Reversible Ribbon, 5/8 inch. (147818)  It is really lovely in person. You cannot really see it in the picture.  It is sparkly.

Finally the Sprigs are a punch (148012) in gold glimmer paper.  You can use this punch for Deer Antlers as well.  Works really well.

If you have any questions, or would like to order any of these products, please let me know.

I will be live on my Facebook business page at Mymessyroomstamper on Saturday at 10am.  Please join me.

Have a great day.  Beverly

Love What You Do

Hello Stampers!  Happy Wednesday!

Remember three short months ago, or was it four, we were all about the new Bundle we could purchase, Share What You Love.  We could buy it in different ways with a little or a lot of product.  Where did our love for that bundle go?  Have you used it.  Did you not purchase the bundle, but wish you had?

I decided to make a card with it today.  It is a beautiful set and I have never made a card with the embossing folder.  Duh!

The card base and layer are Petal Pink Cardstock.  The layer is cut at 5.25 x 4 inches.  Embossed with the Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (148048).  I used the Pearlized Doilies (146936) and stamped the sentiment using the Love What You Do Stamp Set (148042)  on a 2 inch round piece of Whisper White cardstock with a little bit of Petal Pink Ink sponged around it for color.  The ribbon is the Metallic Edge Ribbon in silver (144213).

It is a very simple design, but I think elegant.  I am loving layering the same color cardstock on top of each other.  This card showcases that very well.

Please join me on Saturday mornings for my FaceBook Lives.  They are usually at 10am.  This week I will be going a little earlier (9:30).  I make something different each week.

Enjoy your week.

Tropical Chic

Hello Stampers!  I hope your week is going well.  If you live in the  line of the hurricane, I hope you are able to get to safety and I will say a prayer for you.

This week I am featuring the Tropical Chic Bundle (148399).  I know fall is upon us, but I have wanted to really play with this set for a while.  It is so colorful and fun.

Simple layout, of course.  The card base is Shaded Spruce.  Maybe my new favorite color.  I cut a strip of the Tropical Escape Designer Series Paper (146916) at 1 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.  I stamped the leaves in Shaded Spruce and Granny Apple Green Ink.  The little flower was stamped in Flirty Flamingo.  Cut them out with the dies that come in the bundle.  I must say they were so easy to cut out.  Sometimes I dread die cutting.  Not certain why.  Laziness probably,  but these lined up so easily.

The Thank You sentiment is from the set as well on a scrap of white card stock.  I used dimensionals to pop up the leaves, or are these fronds?  Adhered the flower on top.  Snuck the word tag underneath and TADA I was done.

I hope you enjoy the Tropical Chic Bundle.  There is really so much that you can do with it.  And it is never too late for tropical loveliness!

Have a great week.  Stay safe.

Holiday Catalog is LIVE

Hello Stampers!  It is an exciting day! The Holiday Catalog is LIVE.  There are some great stamping goodies in this catalog you are going to want to own.

The card I choose to highlight today uses the Country Home Stamp set.  Love this set.  I believe it is a great year round set, although it will be a great one for fall.  The sentiments in it are beautiful and versatile.

The card base is Blueberry Bliss.  The Designer Series paper is the gorgeous Frosted Floral Specialty paper (147800).  This paper is so nice.  It has a great feel to it.  Seems to have a sheen on each paper, although it does not show in the photo.  Of course, I used the Country Home Set (146804) and colored it with our Stamping Blends.

I hope you will enjoy looking through this catalog, whether online at Stampin Up. com or in person.  Please let me know if you would like a copy of the catalog.

Also, if you need any assistance with ordering, I am here for you.

You are going to love this catalog for all seasons, not just the holidays.

I hope you have a joyful day!
