Happiness Surrounds Take 2

Hello Stampers.

Today I made another card with the Happiness Surrounds Set.  This stamp set and dies is only available until November 30.  I wanted to share another card with you in case you haven't seen any more samples with it.

I die cut the flower.  It's a two piece cut. Separated it and offset it.  There is a Lemon Lime Twist gem in the center.  The sentiment is from the set as well.  I used Lemon Lime Twist  Ribbon and a Lemon Lime Twist panel behind the Whisper White image.  Its all about the Lemon LimeTwist  today.  I did use a Whisper White panel for a color on color look.

Please consider this set.  It has so many versatile uses.  If you would like to place an order, just click the order button on the right side and it will take you to my Online Store.

I do want to mention I will be LIVE on Facebook on Saturday Morning at 10 am at MyMessyRoomStamper.  Please join me.  Its usually a lot of fun.

CASE-ing Tuesday

Hello Stampers!!! I bet you were expecting a card CASE'd from the catalog.  Well, that is what is suppose to happen on Tuesdays.  However, last Tuesday, I CASE'd this Tuesdays card.  Oh the mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I thought I would remind you of the Last TWO DAYS of the Extravanganza.  It's ink and tools.  Time to get them at a discount.  Remember there are exclusions and while quantities last, but what a better time to order.

Please use me as you demonstrator.  I would appreciate it.  You can do that easily by clicking on my Store button on the right hand side of the blog.

See you tomorrow

Z Fold Card

Hello Stampers.  Two days in a row.  Please don't fall over from excitement.

Today I am featuring a Z fold card using the Tea Room Memories and More Card Pack.  These are such beautiful cards and they include embellishments as well.

The Z fold card is so fun to make and easy as well.  Cut a piece of card stock in half on the 8 1/2 side.  Some call this the hot dog view.  Score can fold the card at 5 1/2.  Your next fold will be at 2 3/4.  This will give you the Z.  Its difficult to see in the picture now that I think of it.  What you end up with is a bottom piece that is 5 1/2x4 1/4.  Then the top piece that is 5 1/2 is now folded to 2 3/4.  This makes the Z.  I cut from the cards in the pack two pieces to 2 5/8 to just give a little white border.  The panel that is 5 1/2 is cut at 5 1/4.

The butterfly panel is one of the cards adhered to the top 2 3/4 panel.  This is clear as mud isn't it.  I used the sentiment from Varied Vases.

I hope you will try it.  Really it isn't difficult.  I did it in my Facebook Live last Saturday and everyone caught right on.  Of course, that was visual.

Speaking of Facebook Live, I do a Live every Saturday morning on Mymessyroomstamper page.  I hope you will join me there.  It is a lot of fun.

The items for the card are below the post.  If you would like any them, please click on the item and it will take you to my online store.  Let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Happy Thanksgiving.

CASE ing Tuesday

Hello Stampers.  New blog post on Tuesday ! I was asked to be part of the CASE-ing Tuesday Blog Group from Facebook.  I was a little shocked and extremely happy!

Today's card comes from the Holiday Catalog, page 21.  It is pictured with the sentiment There's No Place Like Home.

I choose to use the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set.  Mainly because I bought this set for these words.  Crazy I know.  The designer series paper is Nature's Poem.  The ribbon is from the Tea Room Ribbon.  The card goes together easily.  The tag is the reverse side of the paper.  It was cut with the Tag Punch.

I did use Shimmer Paint on the card. You do not really see it in the photo. (I just can't get that to show in my photos).  I wanted to share with you a little info about using the paint.

I did dilute it with alcohol.  A few drops of paint and some alcohol in a spritzer makes the combo.  You need to be about 12 inches from the image to get a spritz on the card.  Otherwise, you get a WHOLE lot of shimmer in one area.  That is what happened on the circle.  However, it was a 'happy mistake' because it kind of makes the circle look gold.

Please go over to FaceBook t the Case-ing Tuesday group and see other cards case'd by other people.
See you tomorrow.

Frosted Florals Gift Tag

Hello Stampers.  I am back from On Stage.  I had a great time.  It was Stampin Up's 30th anniversary.  Imagine 30 years of stamping.  Wow.  There were actually three demonstrators there who had been with the company for the entire time.  Amazing.

There are a lot of new products coming in January with the Occasions Catalog and our annual Sale A Bration where for every $50 you  spend, you earn free merchandise.  I am excited to bring that to you.

Also, Stampin Up is doing away with the wood mounted stamps.  New Cling Stamps will be available in January and in the Annual Catalog that will premiere in June, there will no longer be wood mounted stamps.

The new Cling Stamps allow you to put the picture label on the rubber and it has a sticky feel to it making it stick to the blocks.  Like really stick.

Just a quick project today.  A gift tag made with the label punch and the Frosted Florals Designer Series Paper.  I am still loving that paper.  The sentiment is from the Birthday Bouquet Set.

I wanted to let you know my Online Store here on the blog is working.  Yeah!!!  It takes me a while to get things right but I finally did it with the help of a very nice fellow demonstrator.

I will be back next week.  The day before Thanksgiving.  Hopefully, you will have time to stop by prior to all the busyness of the day.

Happy Stamping  Beverly

Making Memories Santa's Workshop

Hello Stampers!  Another Wednesday.  I am in Orlando today getting ready for Stampin Up OnStage. I am very excited.  Here with lots of team members.  This is a great time and you learn so much about your business.  Not to mention all of the product you get to see in advance.

Today's card is made with the Memories and More Santa's Workshop Set that is in the Holiday Catalog.  If you need Christmas cards and want to make it simple and easy, grab one of these sets and all the work is done.

I used Poppy Parade paper.  The rest of the elements are from the set.  I love this layout with the banner between the circles.

I hope you will try these.  So much easier and quicker to get the Christmas cards made.

See you next week.  Beverly
