Halloween Early

Hello Stampers and Happy Wednesday!  I decided to start making a few Halloween cards to help you get started.

It is one is quick and easy with one stamp set.  It is the To Every Season Set.  It also have punches available.  I made my own background paper, kind of twice.  The ribbon is my fav Burlap Ribbon.

Feels Like Frost CASE 218

Hello Stampers! Case-ing Tuesday.  I love this Feels Like Frost Paper.  I paired it with Highland Heather today.  

If you are wondering where the beautiful ribbon came from, I colored with the Stampin Markers in Highland Heather.  It originally was the Metallic Edge  Ribbon, but I wanted it to be Highland Heather.  If you have not tried this technique, you sould.  I was a little bit worried about doing it for a while, but I gotta say it was a breeze. 

The label/banner is the Stitched Nested Die with the top portion cut off. I stamped the swirly bit in Silver Shimmer Ink.  

Really quick and easy card made beautiful with the paper.

Dies Dies Dies

Hello Stamping Friends!  Happy Hump Day!

Ya know when you order a  stamp set that has dies and then you never use the dies and you wonder why you ordered them to begin with?  Well This card is why!

The stamp set is Friends Like You.  I love the set, but never used the dies until today.  It makes such a great card with.  I will be honest and say it was a little fussy, but look how great the card turned out.

Case-ing Floral Essence on a Tuesday

Hello Stampers! I am here on the correct day!  That is a victory for me.  I purchased a new computer and boy does it make a huge difference.  

Okay enough about me.  This is that beautiful Floral Essence Stamp Set and the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper.  This is such a gorgeous combination with so many options for card making.  

I used the Stitched Nested Label Dies in Petal Pink for my sentiment.  I stamped the flowers in Blackberry Bliss on Petal Pink Vellum.  I used the Perennial Flower Punch to punch them out.  The leaves are on Mossy Meadow Cardstock punched with the Leaf Punch.  

This card took me minutes and, I believe looks very elegant.

Wednesday on Thursday Animal Outing

Happy Thursday Stampers.  Sorry I didn't post yesterday as usual.  Things in life change around me all the time.  I have a new computer, which Thank the Lord, works much faster.  

So today I used Animal Outing colored with markers.  It is a very simple card an easy to put together, but could be used for many occasions.

Case-ing Tuesday on Wednesday

Hello Stamper Friends.  So I am a day late.  Things don't always turn out how you think they will in real life. 

Today I used Birds of A Feather which was the set used in the example.  I love this set and will probably make a lot of cards with it.  I liked the layout so well I didn't really change it much except for the color.  I used Poppy Parade.

Simple To a Wild Rose with Dies

Hello Stampers.  Happy Wednesday of a very short week.

Today's card uses To A Wild Rose.  I love this set as you have been able to tell from my posts.  I like the dies, but sometimes am overwhelmed by my use of them.  This card is so simple with them.  Use the outline die with Whisper White and the Stitched Nested Label.  You can run them through your die cutting machine at the same time.  Wham Bang all done die cutting.

The paper is Garden Lane.  (Did you see the sale on Designer Series Paper?  Buy Three get One Free?)  Remember with Designer Series Paper, just because it is showcased with a particular suite, doesn't mean it is wonderful to use on other cards.  This is the case for me and this paper.  

The ribbon is the Scalloped Linen Ribbon that comes in the InColors.  I used the Pretty Peacock to go with the other colors.  

This card layout can be reproduced with many different colors easily.  I hope you will try it.

Varied Vases for Case-ing Tuesday

Hello Stampers!  I hope all of you had a great extended weekend and were able to find time to create.  

This week I used Varied Vases for my Case-ing Tuesday Card.  It's a great set with a new add on set in the Annual Catalog.  

The designer series paper is from Verdant Garden.  Country Floral is the embossing folder and the ribbon is the good old stand by Flax Ribbon.  

Such a fun layout to play with.  I had a lot of fun with it.  

Starting tomorrow the Holiday Catalog will go LIVE and you will be able to order from it.  It is filled with great items for your fall paper crafting.
