Birthday Bonanza

Hello Stampers!!!  A new Stamp Set to show off today.  I loved this paper with the Bonanza Suite, so I decided to get the stamp set as well.

I used Whisper White for the card base.  It is cut at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4.
The next layer is Bermuda Bay cut at 5 1/4 x 4.
Third layer where all the fun happens is cut at 5 x 3 3/4.
The DSP is cut at 1/2 inch wide and placed it diagonally across the card and cut any excess off.
There is a smaller piece of DSP cut at 1/2 and centered over the first one.
The little lion is punch with a 2 inch punch and the Bermuda Bay circle is the Star Burst Punch.

Painted Poppies Suite

Hello Stampers!!!  Thanks for stopping by.  Please share the blog with your friends and family so I can  continue to share my creations with you.  

Painted Poppies Suite.  What can I say.  It is the BOMB!!!!  There are so many products in this suite.  So much to choose from.  And so many ways to use it.  

I actually used quite a few of the dies to make this tag.  I thought it would be nice to do something different and, yes, I CASE'D it right from the catalog.  

It is really a label from the dies.  The cool circle from the dies.  A flower cut from the dies with leaves.  Get the message?  It's all from the dies.  

The Colors I used were Petal Pink, Gorgeous Grape and Garden Green.  The little splatter on the flower is Flirty Flamingo.

Case-ing Tuesday 239

Hello Stampers!!!  I know it isn't Tuesday.  But....Sometimes ya just have to be late, especially when it involves a visit to the dentist.

I want to thank everyone for continuing to visit my blog and support my business. I would like to ask you to tell your friends and family about the blog and suggest they see what happens here.  I would appreciate it very much.

Today I am using the Lovely Lily Pad Stamp Set.  This set is available as part of Sale A Bration.  The Lily Impressions is also part of the this event.   I was late to the party with this set.  I didn't think I would care for it. I kept seeing all the beautiful cards made with it and was hooked.  That is what happens sometimes.

This is an A2 card.  The DSP is cut at 4x5 1/4 and set off center on the flirty flamingo card.  The Pool Party is from Lots of Labels Framelit Dies.  I used the sentiment from Timeless Tropical.  The sentiments in that set have become a favorite.

Lady Bug Lady Bug Where Are You

Hello Stampers.  It is Wednesday, so there is a blog post.  This cute little Lady Bug will brighten everyone's Hump Day!!

Today I used White Shimmer Paper.  Have not used it in a long time, but it does a really nice job of making the entire flower and lady bug glisten.  

It is an A2 card in Real Red, with a piece of Basic Black cute at 3 3/4x5, then topped with the White Shimmer Paper cut at 3 1/2x4 3/4.  I rounded the left bottom of the card and all of the layers, as well as the top right hand corner. Just added a little interest.

Case-ing Tuesday 238

Hello Stampers and Happy Tuesday!  I'm back with another Case-ing Tuesday Card.  I got ahead of myself and made this last week and almost thought I posted it on the wrong day.  If I only had a brain.  lol

I used the Sending You Thoughts Stamp Set.  I embossed it on the back with the Everyday Label Punch.  I don't emboss much, but I thought the black tag went well with the black piece of ribbon  so it had to be embossed.

This is an A2 card with the Mosai Mood Designer Series Paper cut 1/4 inch smaller.  The Mint Macaron Ribbon is the Sheer Linen Ribbon from the Mini Catalog.

Golf Ya Gotta Love It

Hello Stampers!!!!  Golf.  Yes Golf.  My husband and son love golf.  Everything about it.  My husband lives for days when the snow leaves in the winter and the golf course near us opens for the day.  That actually happened over the weekend and he, happily, played on Saturday and Sunday.  

This ClubHouse Suite of products is made for me and occasions for my family.   This card is actually simply made using the Hand Lettered Prose Dies, the Designer Series Paper and the golf  ball with the tee out of the stamp set.  

I actually thought it was going to be fiddly putting the letters together, but it actually worked out very easily.  I hope you will try it out.  

It is an A2 card, with a layer of DSP cut 1/4 inch less.  The Whisper White Stitched Rectangle Square measures 2 1/2x 4 with the Night of Navy layering piece cut 1/8 inch more.

Case-ing Tuesday 238

Hello Stampers.  Late getting this posted for you.  I hope you are enjoying the first few days of February.  I don't know about you, but I thought January would NEVER end.

Today I'm using Floral Essence.  I decided to go back to the Annual Catalog for some favorites of mine.  And this beautiful paper.  Who could forget about it.  This is the Perennial Essence Designer Series Paper.  I just love the beauty of it.

This week's CASE was so much easier for me then last week's.  Right up my alley for card making.  I hope you enjoy it.
