Case-ing Tuesday 211

Hello Stampers!!  Case-ing Tuesday.  This challenge made me really think hard about what I had and how I could convert it to this sketch. 

I kind of think the card is a little dark.  Maybe a more masculine card.  I do like the way it turned out though.  Lately all my cards have been bright and cheerful, so that is probably why it looks so dark to me.

A Little Lace

Hello Stampers.  I love this set.  It just makes me smile to look at it.  It is one of those sets that you can color or not color.  You can use as a background stamp.  So much fun.  

Today I paired it with Flirty Flamingo Cardstock and colored it in with Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight and Pink Piroquette Blends.  I used the Perennial Essence Floral Centers for the daisy.

Case-ing Tuesday 210

Hello Stampers.  It is Tuesday and boy is it a hot one.  This is an interesting layout this week.  I do love the diagonal look to it.  

 

I used Beautiful Friendship and stamped off on the lower layer.  I added the BIG color on the top.  Set it off pretty nicely.  Finally, I thought the top layer looked bare so I added the Glimmer Enamel Dots.  I might have gone a little bit overboard with them.

Sweetly Swirled

Happy Wednesday Stampers.  Hope your week is going well.  Off for a mammogram today.  I know you wanted me to share that with you.  

Today I used Sweetly Swirled. I really love this stamp set.  I like the simplicity and the ability to make a wreath with it without the template.  

The cardstock is Daffodil Delight with the Whisper White layer on top. I decorated the swirl with flowers from the set and added a bow from the Solid Bakers Twine.

Case-ing Tuesday 209

Hello Stampers and Happy Tuesday Evening.  Getting a late start today.  A friend and I went to see The Lion King.  It was pretty good.  I know it made a lot of money over the weekend.  My friend laughed at me because I jumped a couple of times when lions came crashing out of the woods.  

Today's CASE is one of my favorite sets.  I really wanted to CASE it just like it was.  I had to force myself to change it up a little.  Used Mint Macaron and the So Safron DSP.  Just a little pop of color to the vase.  The Braided Linen Thread was meant to be spread open, but I swear it never stays for me.

Paper Players Color Challenge

Hello Stampers!  I hope your week is going great.  My husband and I are going to a concert in the park to hear Beatles Music.  Should be fun if it cools off.  

I was scrolling through Facebook and saw this group's color challenge and though, Why Not!  I love these colors together.  It was so easy to put together and the Daisy Lane Stamp Set looks great with it.

Case-ing Tuesday 208

Hello Stampers!!!  Case-ing Tuesday.  I love this stamp set.  Actually just got it in an order. So glad I got to play with it today.
