Case-ing Tuesday 243

Hello Stamping Friends!!!  I hope you are all well and not severely affected by the COVID-19 virus.
I do want to say a big YOU ARE GREAT to any parents with children at home and dealing with the social distancing 24/7.  I was with the granddaughters yesterday and they nearly killed me.  Kidding, of course.

Today's case is a another great sketch.  Very simple.  This is the first time I have used the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper.  Not really in my wheel house, but I think it went beautifully with the Purple Posy Cardstock.  The scalloped layer is cut out with the Stitched So Sweetly dies.  And my new favorite sentiments from the Tags in Bloom.

Painted Poppies Oh How I Love Thee

Hello Stamping Friends.  

Today's card is using the Painted Poppies Suite.  I love this suite, but for some reason, I have not posted very many cards.  I am case-ing this from Pinterest.  

I love the Poppy Parade cardstock and ink as well as that Designer Series Paper.  I was going to use Poppy Parade ribbon as well, but liked the Granny Apple Green better.

Case0ing Tuesday 242

Hello Stamping Friends.  Back for another Tuesday Case.  I love this particular sketch because it is so easy and I like easy,  As you well know.  

I showcased the Flowering Foils Designer Series Paper.  I used the Stampin Blends to color a few of the flowers in with Granny Apple Green.  The center layer is Mango Melody.  Nice contrast to the green.  

The Seriously The Best Stamp Set sentiment is embossed in Black to make it stand out.

New Sale-A-Bration Items Just Added

There is a new release of products for Sale-a-Bration.  On Sale right now.  I am showcasing the Flowering Foils Designer Series Paper today.  

The photo really doesn't do it justice.  There are gold and silver embossed flowers and leaves on the paper.  I used the Stamping Blends to color in one of the flowers.  It was so easy to do.  I wanted to highlight it.  

To make the card you need an A2 card. Mine is cut from Whisper White.  The layer of Highland Heather measures 4x5 1/4.  The DSP is cut at 3 3/4x5.  I used the Stampin Blends to color the flower and added some Champagne Rhinestones for bling.  The sentiment is from the Timeless Tropical Stamp Set stamped in Momento Black.

Case-ing Tuesday 241

Hello Stampers.  Back with another great card sketch.  When you see the card from the catalog that this sketch comes from, you are going to be amazed it is the same card.  Trust me, the dimensions and layout are the came.  I did move the circle to the left side rather then the right.

The dimensions for making the card are on the Case-ing Tuesday Face Book page.  I will also post the picture below.  I used Mint Macaron and Soft Suede cardstock.  The Designer Series paper is Mosaic Mood and the sentiment is from the Friend Like You Stamp Set.

Birthday Bonanza

Hello Stampers!!!  A new Stamp Set to show off today.  I loved this paper with the Bonanza Suite, so I decided to get the stamp set as well.

I used Whisper White for the card base.  It is cut at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4.
The next layer is Bermuda Bay cut at 5 1/4 x 4.
Third layer where all the fun happens is cut at 5 x 3 3/4.
The DSP is cut at 1/2 inch wide and placed it diagonally across the card and cut any excess off.
There is a smaller piece of DSP cut at 1/2 and centered over the first one.
The little lion is punch with a 2 inch punch and the Bermuda Bay circle is the Star Burst Punch.
